COVID CHRONICLES is a series that was inspired by the violent and selfish actions that Americans displayed all over stores across the United States during the early stages of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

This was created after seeing two people’s love of toilet paper go completely south.
DEATH BY DISINFECTANT
No matter where you went, the disinfectant sprays were sold out. That might not have been the case for everyone, but for me it was..and for many others. However, one thing that I noticed about this product being sold out, was the way it was being sold out: major hoarding. I would see people fill their carts up with it. It got so bad that some stores had to put a limit on how much you could buy. Granted, they did do that for more than just disinfectant spray. The arguments I saw between store workers and customers, the fights between customers calling out other customers for taking more than what they were supposed to, and the literal punches that were thrown over a can of this stuff, inspired this piece.
YEAR OF THE MASK
Let’s face it..this one item was the cause of a lot bullshit. in 2020 and this year. I created this in the wake of masks being sold out, being sold at premium prices, hospitals not having enough for staff and patients, and people fighting over having to wear it inside of stores that ask you to wear one.
